Sustainable travel and road safety
The goal of sustainable travel is to promote sustainable ways for families to travel to and from the forest school.
We encourage walking, cycling, car sharing and public transport use., to reduce traffic and pollution. There is a bus stop at the end of Wentwood drive, connecting you to Weston-super-Mare.
Sustainable travel will reduce the impact on local roads and nearby residents,
We also ask that parents stagger their drop off and collection times to promote road safety. Reducing the amount of vehicles entering and departing at one time will make it safer for the children and parents as well as the local residents.
